What's the training schedule like and where is it located?

Once you're through tryouts, have spoken to our Coaches and it's clear W2W is the right fit for you, training begins!

Duration 22 weeks

Monday - Friday 6:00 - 7.30am
(no Wednesday for the first 4 weeks)

How much does W2W cost and what do I get for my investment?



The total fee for the 22 weeks of elite MMA training is $2,200 AUD including GST (or $2,435 AUD if a payment plan is required).

Included in this price is more than 100 tailored sessions designed to have you ready to step into the cage at your finale as well as nutritional advice, a bespoke Wimp 2 Warrior fight uniform and protective equipment (this includes shin guards, 16oz boxing gloves, 8oz MMA gloves and hand wraps) and access to your private competitor forum. You can view payment options here.

With thousands of people around the world having successfully completed Wimp 2 Warrior, we know this represents extraordinary value for the competitors who will get to experience the quality training and resources delivered only in an "elite level MMA fight camp".

How long are the sessions and what happens if I miss them?



Each session runs for 1 - 1.5 hours.

There is a lot to fit in your training schedule in 22 weeks so always do everything you can to be at the scheduled training sessions of your series.

If you miss a session, your coaches will always be flexible and help you out so you can do make-up sessions.

Do I have to compete in W2W?


Yes, about 95% of people who do this series end up compete in the finale.

You have to have the mindset that at the end of 22 weeks, you will be stepping into a cage and competing against someone else on the series.

The finale isn't about fighting so much as a celebration of the fittest, strongest person you have ever been.

Who are the W2W Trainers?


Craig Bath

Fight, Strength & Conditioning Coach

Craig is the Founder and Head Coach of Synergy Self Defence and Fitness. Craig has always strived to create the best Martial Artist out of each student he teaches, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) has given him that freedom. 

The majority of Craig’s Martial Arts career was spent training in Taekwondo, but when MMA arrived, the concept of exploring the Martial Arts world was just to hard to resist.


Bronnie Bath

Fight, Strength & Conditioning Coach

Apart from being the co-owner of Synergy Self defence; she is also a wife, a mother, a tiger martial arts instructor, a 2nd Dan Black Belt and a StrengthFIT trainer (just to name a few!).

She has been training in the Martial arts world for over 15 years and has recently become a member of the Pro MAI Mixed Martial Arts Coaching Academy, and is training hard everyday to better herself as a martial artist and as a coach.
