The total fee for the 22 weeks of elite MMA training is $1,600 USD including taxes (or $1,800 if a payment plan is required).

Included in this price is more than 100 tailored sessions designed to have you ready to step into the cage at your finale as well as nutritional advice, a bespoke Wimp 2 Warrior fight uniform and protective equipment (this includes shin guards, 16oz boxing gloves, 8oz MMA gloves and hand wraps) and access to your private competitor forum. You can view payment options here.

How long are the sessions and what happens if I miss them?

Each session runs for 1.5 hours.

There is a lot to fit in your training schedule in 22 weeks so always do everything you can to be at the scheduled training sessions of your series.

If you miss a session, your coaches will always be flexible and help you out so you can do make-up sessions.

Do I have to compete in W2W?

Yes, about 95% of people who do this series end up competing in the finale.

You have to have the mindset that at the end of 22 weeks, you will be stepping into a cage and competing against someone else on the series.

The finale isn't about fighting so much as a celebration of the fittest, strongest person you have ever been.

Who are the W2W trainers?

Rick Davidson

Head Coach

Rick Davison started with SBG in 1998 along with his brother Travis. Both Rick and Travis had seen Royce Gracie take on all competitors at the first UFC’s and wanted to experience for themselves what this art was all about. Neither has looked back since. Travis has gone on to run SBG Montana, while Rick has divided his time between competing for MMA and teaching on a regular basis at the Portland Gym. Rick’s MMA classes are always well received due in part to the high level of individual attention he gives his students and his educated eye.

Brian Walsh

Fight Coach

Brian received his SBGi Instructors certificate in 2007 and is a regular feature at the Portland Gym. As head stand up Coach for the MMA team Brian’s lifetime of boxing knowledge is put to good use by Portland’s competitors. In addition to working with the team, Brian can often be found helping regular students daily at the Gym. It’s not uncommon to walk in and see him working on the sidelines with new members, holding mitts for them, and helping them learn the proper mechanics of stand up in a safe, sane, and smart way.
