What's the training schedule like and where is it located?

Once you're through tryouts, have spoken to our Coaches and it's clear W2W is the right fit for you, training begins!

Duration 22 weeks
Schedule Monday to Friday at 6:00am - 7:00am (No Wednesdays for the first 4 weeks)

How much does W2W cost and what do I get for my investment?



The total fee for the 22 weeks of elite MMA training is $2,200 AUD including taxes (or $2,435 AUD if a payment plan is required).

Included in this price is more than 100 tailored sessions designed to have you ready to step into the cage at your finale as well as nutritional advice, a bespoke Wimp 2 Warrior fight uniform and protective equipment (this includes shin guards, 16oz boxing gloves, 8oz MMA gloves and hand wraps) and access to your private competitor forum. You can view payment options here.

How long are the sessions and what happens if I miss them?



Each session runs for 1 - 1.5 hours.

There is a lot to fit in your training schedule in 22 weeks so always do everything you can to be at the scheduled training sessions of your series.

If you miss a session, your coaches will always be flexible and help you out so you can do make-up sessions.

Do I have to compete in W2W?


Yes, about 95% of people who do this series end up compete in the finale.

You have to have the mindset that at the end of 22 weeks, you will be stepping into a cage and competing against someone else on the series.

The finale isn't about fighting so much as a celebration of the fittest, strongest person you have ever been.

Who are the W2W Trainers?


Daniel Kelly

Head Coach

Daniel Kelly is the head Judo and MMA coach at Resilience Training Centre. Daniel has over 25 years of martial arts experience and he is an extremely successful fighter and coach. Daniel is a true all round martial artist, he has represented Australia at 4 Olympics in Judo and was the Australian Judo Olympic coach for RIO 2016.  He was also a member of the Australian freestyle wrestling team and he competed at the Manchester 2002 Commonwealth Games in wrestling. He is currently signed to the UFC with a MMA record of 13 wins and 1 loss. He has a black belt in BJJ and he is also a certified level 1 Crossfit trainer. 


Sara Collins

Strength & Conditioning 

Sara Collins is one our main CrossFit Instructors, she is a certified Level 1 CrossFit coach and a qualified teacher having finished her degree in 2016. Sara first started CrossFit in 2009 to increase her strength and conditioning for Judo. As a member of the National Judo Team, CrossFit helped to give her a competitive edge.  This is where her love of CrossFit began and in 2014 she was a part of the Judo Commonwealth Games Team. Sara lives and breathes all things that are CrossFit and she enjoys watching her students go from strength to strength.

Richie Cranny - Wimp 2 Warrior Founder
